Four documented checks

The spreadsheet route review process

The review focuses on whether a resource route is clear, reachable and correctly labelled. It is a navigation and context check, not a product certification.

01

Identify the source

Record whether a route is primarily connected to Weidian or to a selected 1688 or Taobao source.

02

Check the destination

Confirm that the link opens the intended spreadsheet or category route at the time of review.

03

Match the context

Check that the visible category label and next-step guidance accurately describe where the route leads.

04

Record the review date

Show when core guidance was checked and re-review routes when a broken or misleading link is reported.

Verification scope

What “reviewed” means here

Route review: Reviewed means the source label, destination and category context were checked on the stated date.

No product guarantee: It does not guarantee authenticity, inventory, price, material, seller performance or a future checkout result.

Changing sources: Third-party pages can change after review, so current listing details and available QC information still need a fresh check.

Use the evidence

Review context before continuing

Start with the source and category information, then use QC photos for visible details. If the destination no longer matches its label, report it instead of relying on an outdated route.
